Stroke technique for beginners and advanced

During September and October, NUS Staff Swimming will put a special training emphasis on the less advanced swimmers amongst us:

Have you been to shy to join us for our regular training session?
Has all the rumble about competitive swim events on this website felt intimidating?
Have you felt too slow or inexperienced to join the staff team for training?
Have you been waiting for a perfect timing to commence swimming with us?

If your answer is "yes" to any of the above, we want you to join us from September 6th onwards! The more experienced swimmers amongst us will be glad to share their knowledge and experience, and in fact will be happy to further improve their own stroke technique as well. On top of all, we will be organizing a one-day swim workshop with professional coaching and stroke clinic. Stay tuned for more details coming soon...
