Signature required on Registration Forms

For those who have yet to sign the Registration Forms, please do so ASAP as the registration deadline is on Fri, 12 Aug 11.... which is NEXT WEEK!!

Alberto has the forms now, so please meet him

1. at his office at E2-XX-XX,
   
2. during his morning swims (0730hrs - 0800/0830hrs),
3. during swim trainings on Tues or Fri (1200hrs - 1300hrs)
